Solution

First, the filled barrels are automatically conveyed onto the line. The equipment identifies the size of the barrels by recognizing the labels on them, and then starts the intelligent diversion program to accurately deliver barrels of different sizes to their corresponding dedicated work stations. After the barrels are positioned, the motor simultaneously performs a barrel rotation and positioning operation to accurately calibrate the position of the barrel opening. Then, according to the specifications of large and small barrels, the equipment automatically matches the corresponding model of barrel lid to complete the entire process of barrel lid alignment, pressing or tightening
