① The robotic arm in the previous process places the workpiece into the unloading area;

② The workpiece moves to the right along the roller conveyor and arrives at the sequential feeding mechanism. The sequential feeding mechanism then places one workpiece at a time to the picking position

③ The lifting mechanism lifts the workpiece, which is then removed by the robot arm in the next process

Solution

This case uses a Siemens main unit and a TIN industry-specific machine module to communicate via the Profinet bus protocol. The module receives signals from position detection switches such as the feeding position, sequential stop, end stop position, and workpiece after lifting, thereby controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the motor and the speed of the drum
