Automated conveyor equipment for external circulation lines of kilns

The automated conveying equipment for the external circulation line of the kiln is currently mainly used in the sintering process section of the production of positive and negative electrode materials (lithium iron phosphate) for lithium batteries. Its core function is to realize the quantitative filling, leveling, and cutting of powder raw materials before sintering in the kiln, and at the same time complete the subsequent processes such as lifting, unloading, and cleaning after sintering in the kiln. Ultimately, it realizes a fully automated and intelligent conveying equipment for the circulation of sintering containers and materials in the sintering section

The automatic cycle process of this equipment is as follows: receiving bowls at the kiln outlet → separating bowls → crushing → lifting → emptying bowls → sweeping bowls → inspecting bowls → filling bowls → shaking evenly → cutting into pieces → stacking bowls → feeding bowls into the kiln inlet

The entire production line uses typical sequential logic control, extensively employing digital I/O to achieve precise control throughout the entire process. Specific control points are as follows:

Location detection

By collecting switch signals such as bowl position, full position, empty position, bowl division position, bowl stacking position, and kiln entry/exit limit by IO, the position of the bowl in each process can be accurately controlled, providing a reliable basis for triggering subsequent actions

Executive control

By outputting control signals via IO, the actuators such as cylinders, solenoid valves, push rods, scrapers, vibrators, shakers, cutters, lifters, and clamps are driven to complete switching actions, ensuring that each process is accurately implemented according to process requirements

Interlocking protection

When abnormal situations occur on the production line, such as pot blockage alarm, pot shortage, empty material, abnormal pot sweeping, unqualified pot inspection, emergency stop triggering, or safety door not closed, the IO will promptly collect alarm signals and trigger the interlock protection mechanism to immediately stop the operation of the relevant processes, effectively avoiding equipment damage, material waste and safety hazards

Beat sequence

Strictly follow the process sequence to trigger IO actions, accurately control the timing of each process connection, ensure continuous and stable operation of the circulation line, and prevent abnormal situations such as collisions and material stacking

Solution

Since IO control needs to be completed sequentially across 12 processes, our AUIN EIN series IO products are recommended for applications with long production lines. This series of single couplers can be expanded to 128 modules, with a maximum extension distance of 300 meters, perfectly adapting to the control needs of long distances and multiple processes, providing strong support for the efficient and stable operation of the production line
