RFID Application in Chemical Filling Production Line Identification

In the chemical industry, filling systems have achieved fully intelligent production through automation upgrades, significantly improving production efficiency. The automated packaging system relies on real-time feedback of weighing data to complete fully automated online labeling operations. The intelligent logistics system achieves precise transport between workstations through roller conveyors, equipped with precise positioning and stop functions to ensure efficient and stable operation of the production line
The filling system achieves a metering accuracy of ±0.2% through dynamic collaboration between a PLC intelligent control system and a high-precision weighing module. Furthermore, the automatic liquid filling and weighing machine for chemical drums requires a dynamic compensation algorithm to eliminate fluctuations in liquid flow and reduce the influence of material inertia, ensuring filling accuracy

Solution
The PLC and weighing module play a core role in the chemical filling and weighing machine. On the production line, precise conveying between workstations is achieved via roller conveyors. In this case, labels are first affixed to the chemical drums, and then the Huamao Auto AU3 IHR-3011-PNT reader reads the information on the labels to ensure the chemical drums are conveyed to the correct workstations
In automated chemical filling production lines, PLCs and high-precision weighing modules form the core of the system's control. The normal operation of the production line requires precise positioning and workflow of chemical drums via roller conveyors; the entire process is managed intelligently

- First, attach RFID tags to the chemical drums to record product information
- The Huamao Auto AU3 IHR-3011-PNT reader is used to automatically identify label data, ensuring that the barrelled materials match the workstation
- Closed-loop control process
- The PLC dynamically adjusts the filling volume based on real-time data from the weighing module
