Card-type I/O modules are used in juice filling

To protect the public's food safety, the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued an opinion on March 13th regarding further strengthening the whole-chain supervision of food safety. The opinion proposes improving the collaborative supervision of edible agricultural products, strengthening the review of food production and operation licenses, and accelerating the establishment of a collaborative supervision mechanism for food storage and transportation. Food safety permeates all aspects of daily life, from condiments and meat products to dairy products and beverages; these common categories are closely related to people's dietary safety
Beverage production typically involves filling: beverages, liquid dairy products, and other liquid foods are directly fed into a filling machine via a beverage pump for filling
Juice bottling process
Raw material pretreatment:
The fruits are washed and sorted to remove rotten ones; after being crushed and juiced, the fruits are filtered to remove pulp, and oxygen is removed through vacuum to prevent browning; then the juice is blended
Packaging container preparation:
Clean and disinfect the packaging containers;
Filling process:
Heat the juice to 85-95℃ to sterilize it, and pour it into a pre-sterilization container while it is still hot (≥85℃). Invert the bottle for 30 seconds to use the residual heat to sterilize the bottle mouth, and then wait for it to cool down to below 40℃
Sealing and sealing:
Tetra Pak: Aluminum foil heat sealing, PET bottle capping machine ensures a seal through torque;
Quality Inspection:
Commercial sterility test (no swelling after 7 days of incubation at 55℃);
Packaging and warehousing
First, use a hot melt adhesive labeling machine to apply refrigeration-resistant labels, then inkjet print the production date, and finally store at room temperature away from light
Solution
The host communicates with the card-type IO module via the EtherCAT bus protocol, reads information from the thermocouple temperature measurement module for PID control, and then reads the signal fed back by the pressure sensor to ensure that the sealing strength is sufficient during heat sealing
Application effect
Save cabinet space
The card-type IO module has a blade-like structure and occupies 12mm of space. The combination shown in the picture below only occupies 145mm of cabinet width, saving cabinet space
