In military applications, unmanned equipment is being integrated into existing combat systems. Meanwhile, in industries such as logistics, automotive, and lithium batteries, automated production has become a significant development trend. RGVs (Guided Rail Vehicles) and AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are widely used for automated material handling and transfer, effectively improving the level of automation in production. In the logistics sector, RGVs are commonly used in automated warehouses at inbound/outbound platforms, conveyors, and elevators. RGVs eliminate the need for other equipment to enter the aisles when handling and moving goods, and their high speed and safety significantly reduce transportation costs and greatly improve transportation efficiency

Solution

The central control system acquires the initial position of the RGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) on the track using a high-frequency RFID reader. Based on preset program parameters, it drives the vehicle to precisely reach the target location and writes the operational data to electronic tags in real time. This system continuously records the RGV's position information at different times, forming a complete traceable record, thus effectively supporting the automated management and optimization of the production process
