The drive motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy, the controller provides real-time and precise control of the motor's operating status, and the power supply provides energy support for the entire system. The performance of the drive system directly affects key vehicle performance indicators, including climbing ability, acceleration performance, and top speed. Therefore, continuously optimizing the performance of the electric drive system is of great significance for enhancing the overall competitiveness of new energy vehicles

In the control systems of new energy vehicles, the automotive circuit board is the guardian of driving safety. The circuit board of the automotive controller is the core decision-making and execution center of the entire vehicle's driving and electric drive systems. During driving, it acquires sensor signals such as throttle, brake, and wheel speed through bus protocols. After real-time calculation by the controller module, it accurately outputs control commands: For the electric drive system, it drives high-power transistors to regulate the torque, speed, and energy feedback of the drive motor, directly determining the vehicle's acceleration, cruising, and braking performance; at the same time, it closely monitors parameters such as battery pack status and motor temperature to ensure that the electric drive system operates in a highly efficient and safe state, ultimately converting electrical energy smoothly and reliably into the vehicle's kinetic energy, ensuring driving smoothness, responsiveness, and safety
Solution
On the automotive circuit board production line, our RFID readers are used to identify the electronic tags on each circuit board to confirm whether it has entered the correct process stage. If the verification is successful, the system writes the corresponding production information to the tag, thereby achieving a visual record of the entire production traceability process
