The Automatic Control Teaching Equipment is a teaching and training system integrating simulation, computer control, and other professional courses. It is widely used in automatic control courses and vocational skills competitions in higher education institutions and vocational schools. The equipment adopts a modular design, supports visual operation, and achieves a deep integration of theory and practice. It helps students intuitively understand the principles of automatic control, stimulates their experimental interest, and effectively improves their theoretical and practical abilities
The automated control teaching equipment can simulate typical production tasks on an assembly line, covering processes such as handling, assembly, grinding, polishing, and gluing by industrial robots. It integrates key technologies of modern intelligent manufacturing, including PLC, touch screen, offline robot simulation programming, human-machine collaboration, and sensors. The system not only examines the depth and breadth of students' mastery of various technologies, but also tests their system design capabilities under given on-site tasks, as well as their comprehensive professional qualities such as adaptability, work efficiency, quality awareness, safety awareness, and standardized operation

Solution

In terms of specific control implementation,AU7 523S-1NL22-ECTmodule is used to receive photoelectric sensor signals and alarm feedback to the PLC to control the conveyor belt operation, indicator lights, etc.
The AU7 531S-7HF22-ECTmodule receives electrical signals converted from physical quantities such as pressure and temperature from sensors, enabling the PLC to execute actions precisely according to a preset program.
The AU7 1123-4V112-ECTbus bus is used to control the cylinder's movement, enabling industrial robots to perform operations such as gripping and fixture changing. The DI and power interfaces on the bus bus can also power the magnetic switch and receive signals, further enhancing the system's detection and control capabilities.

Product Advantages

Both products use PUSH-IN terminals, supporting tool-free installation and simple wiring, which not only facilitates standardized operation by students but also helps to deepen their understanding of the control system structure
Each module in the SM500S series is an independent station, making it particularly suitable for scenarios with a small number of I/O points and dispersed distribution, such as teaching and training. Its digital I/O point response speed can reach 500μs, meeting the needs of rapid control.
The 1123 series bus bus integrates power supply and I/O interfaces, enabling it to power not only solenoid valves but also connect to magnetic switches or other loads nearby, offering flexible expansion capabilities. This reduces time and wiring costs compared to traditional solutions.
