The temperature inside the filling machine is controlled by a program to keep it constant.     During production, each control point is a crucial link in ensuring the normal operation of the entire production line. The output module controls the operation of the filling machine and sealing machine, ensuring that the cartons enter the filling machine via the star wheel. It also controls the filling valve, pressure reducing valve, vacuum valve, and other actuators, allowing the liquid to flow into the container through a differential pressure vacuum, creating a vacuum within the cartons. At the moment of dispensing, the centering cover is lifted by the cam, and with the help of inner and outer protective plates, the cartons leave the container platform and enter the sealing machine's conveyor chain. When the cartons reach the sealing machine's station, the digital output controls the sealing machine to seal them
